Top Ten Calorie Burners

We all want to make the most of our time. Here is a list ranking 10 common exercises by how many calories you can burn in one hour (based on a 150 lb person).

By the way, if you take my BodyPump classes you can burn up to 600 calories in one class and in BodyCombat you can burn around 800 or so. So come to class if you're in Denton!!!
