Which iPhone app do you recommend for tracking calories/looking up caloric content?
ReplyDeleteI use Lose It. I've also used Calorie Tracker by Livestrong.com, but when I used it I could not find as many things in the database. With Lose It, it is very simple to add new foods and save them. Also, it's FREE! :)
ReplyDeleteJust from searching for one right now, it looks like the Calorie Counter by MyFitnessPal.com would be a good free one as well.
Hope this helps!
